Jesus reveals himself to his disciples for a third time at the Sea of Galilee, we’re told in John 21. It’s after the resurrection and he comes to them to make things right (they’d forsaken him) and to remind them of their call, their vocation. It’s the last scene we’re given in John and it’s meant to stick. The grace of Jesus defines the relationship between he and his disciples – and it’s true for us as well. We’ll be reading from John 21 and Luke 5, if you’d like to follow along in your Bibles.
Jesus Front & Centre (Part 13): Matthew 20
Jonathan Toews takes us through the story of James + John asking for the best seats and the story of the two blind men asking Jesus for mercy. How do these stories pair? Let's listen and see. https://youtube.com/live/-W-j-jkoy54
